Our Story
Thank you for taking the time to find out what we are all about. We are a husband-and-wife team who are in love with the hospitality industry. With Jamie having grown up and run many pubs and restaurants his infectious passion convinced me to join him. In 2017 we started our new adventure and purchased The Cleveland Arms pub in Brighton. We are proud of our achievements and we believe our success has been down to hard work and our amazing team who ensure every person they meet has a great time. We are multi award winners! Nationally we won, Knorr Best UK Meat Roast in 2019, locally, Start Up Business of the Year 2019 at the Sussex Businesswomen Excellence Awards and in 2021, The County Business Clubs Hospitality Award.
The pub has enabled us to host many weddings, celebrations and events. Orange Beach Bars is an extension to this. For us, we are bringing our amazing team, service and exceptionally high standard of bars to you, whatever you are celebrating.
We are able to supply your wedding, festival, party or celebration with fully functional mobile bars. We have several different bar styles and options available. Orange Beach Bars can cater for any event size, ranging from an intimate garden party to a full music, food or drinks festival.
Our great reputation has enabled us to partner with Harvey’s Brewery of Lewes, where we have exclusivity to take their brand to outside events. Our extensive network enables us to access many cask ale and craft brewers, suppliers and acclaimed Sommeliers.
And we know how to throw a good party!

Our Bars
We want you to have the best experience and we are happy to work with you from your planning stage. We provide a fully stocked licensed bar, vast product range, bespoke drinks menu suited to your budget, experienced and professional staff, cash and card payment facilities and glassware. If it’s an outside event, we can use eco-friendly plastic glassware. When you hire us, we provide everything you need, taking away unnecessary stress.
If you’re the host, you can hire our bars in various ways, your guests can pay, you can pay with a maximum spend or you can do a combination of both. You can hire The Dog and Partridge, The Dog and Swan and The Dog and Duck fully equipped on its own with everything you need, right down to spirit measures and garnish, with the staff and you supply the drinks. Alternatively, we can provide you with a drinks package. Let us know your budget and we will work to it. Our wholesale network means we have access to a portfolio of beers, cask ales, wine, spirits, and competitive prices.
If we are providing the drinks and your guests pay or you would like an open bar, our pricing is simple. We set a minimum spend on the bar and include everything, travel, set up, menu design, staff, glassware and close down. If required, we will set up your alcohol licence. Our aim is to take all the stress away from you and we will liaise directly with your venue. If the minimum spend is achieved, we will even refund your £250 deposit. If you are getting married that’s extra cash for your honeymoon!

It is important to us, you are looked after by a professional team you can trust. Continuously working together, we continue to develop our skills. Our goal is to make sure you have an unforgettable experience when you hire us.
Our values are about sharing & listening to each other’s creativity. All of us are involved from the planning stages of every event and prior to the event we will decide everyone’s roles.

The team provided a mobile bar for our marquee wedding, they did lovely welcome drinks and then provided a semi-dry hire bar, all of the staff and glass hire included. The bar looked great, and Sarah was incredibly well organised and very responsive during the organisation. On the day the staff were fantastic and clearly knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone for any event!

Couldn't recommend Sarah and Jamie highly enough. Hired them last Saturday for our wedding, were amazing from start to finish. Kept the communication running through from moment rung, them scouting out the area, designing bespoke menu with drinks that our guests drink, Harvey's for my dad and even put my sister’s specific favourite gin on there.
Jamie also saved me when the day before the wedding I realised I'd forgotten to hire water glasses for the tables. Absolutely lovely staff so friendly and down to earth, up for a laugh, even put their delicious kir royal cocktail in my bridal glass. Thank you so much for helping make our special day so lovely.
